If i remember correctly, the bannings went as follows:

-SrSez/cjb were first
-Mr Hockey was second
-GM, me, was 3rd (whether ODB likes it or not, guys like me and cjb were very much a part of the core)
-Arachnid, after being tricked by a troll handle of mine was then booted. Lotus blossom was slightly before this (although her banning was announced on the same day as Arachnid's due to faulty payments that she made.....allegedly?)

Phase 2 would occur about 3 years later. Many people were ousted, banned, and booted. Topper, Strangelove, ODB, etc, etc, etc,

Chris was down to just a handful of posters. A few days before Chris shut down the site for good, I revealed to Chris the "regular" handle name that I had been using since 2006 on his site. I honestly don't know if my revelation was what ultimately caused him to shut the site down, but to say that he was shocked would be an umderstatement.

Krapil, you fooled no one, I was banned for posting eclectic intellectual references™ that only the elites got and for being an overall shit disturber , Blowhansen got mad cause he never understood it was the other posters that everyone came for not him or his site.
This CC is proof of that. Look at OD, he was here for Creeper (man love?! ). Some are here for HW, DonJuan, the StrangeOne...Clamchops, people don't come here or there for you and you never had another relevant handle. Brian runs a class joint here. You play by his rules, you're OK, must be hard for you Talk real hockey, joke about it but talk trash about someone and you might find yourself in legal trouble. Times have changed eh?!

SR was never core, he was in a class all by himself. Same with CBJ and Troubled/Hockey/Puppy, SR had trouble fitting in here too, just as you do.

I tried to warn you guys that we eat our young, that if we keep chopping off the bottom feeders (which are an integral part of the food chain) that eventually it will be us, it was, I was apart of the community core, gone in an instant.
Have to admit, I feel pretty vindicated and had to laugh at the core left at the old CC. You thought you were safe?
