Anything goes in the Bar and Grill, Jovo, as long as it follows the general rules. Per's posts are informative and interesting; whether they are about political topics is not relevant. What about that seemingly endless tirade about Gregor Robertson? I don't live in Vancouver, so that thread was not any more useful to me than a post about elections in Finland. In fact, less so, as in the long term, elections worldwide can have an effect on all of us.

wow Jovorock that seems really flippant. I remember the posts in question and I responded to the one about China. The irony here is that your deleting posts because its not related to hockey as far as you can tell and that your not interested in brings us all closer to the censorship we have sent our own blood to fight against around the world.

Per has been an honourable and relevant poster here and his posts have always been worth the read. This board is better for his input :D
I got to agree with this. Even if his posts stray a bit I enjoy the different world view he brings. Living in America it is refreshing to read posts that recognize other parts of the planet. I look for his posts. I cerainly do not know why you would cancel his posts or threads and allow drunken rants with built in threats. Something to think about.

Is it not an off topic forum ? It's not like he is posting crap or anything malicious. Per is pretty well spoken and very intelligent. I for one enjoy his contributions to the board.

I agree pers threads keep me worldly, and it was.exactly off topic and should not be deleted. That's a little bit pushy and forcing of opinion. Sorry JR, don't agree with you.

Kind of ironic that an issue of censorship and abuse of power should come up in a thread about Russia and China. ;)

In Soviet Russia, forums troll you!

Actually, I think they intend to stay within the EU. It's just London they want to be rid of.

And I think they intend to pay for it all with North Sea oil. :|
