I lost touch with Rob about the time you came into his life.

I didn't really need a reminder of what kind of a funny, smart man he was but I forgot the extent of it.

This thread helped show me again what kind of a man Rob was.

I've known creeper since I was 6 years old. Back in the day we were best buds - between 89 and 95. He introduced me to Rumsfeld, who we all thought was a little shit at the time as he was so young compared to us Now he could kick my ass!

Last night I read through all his posts. He mentions his old buds (SeriousBacon is one too) in this post:

I think I might have introduced him to the bad boys line as payback for paging multiple escorts to call me...he would call up escort services and say "I'd like a date this afternoon" and give them my name and number! And when I try to call him back he'd put me on call block. Good times We spent a lot of our time doing doing shit like that to each other. We called them "fuck arounds." Another example would be me and creeper calling another friend on the phone. I would be the only one talking and he'd just listen in. Eventually the conversation would end up like this:

esteban: "so what do you think of creeper?"
seriousbacon: "he's a fucking idiot."
esteban: "oh really? creeper, what do you think about this?"
creeper: "you're fucking dead seriousbacon!!!!!!!!!"

Sounds like he had a great time with fuck arounds on the forums too...I wish the old forum was still online.

As someone who was close to Creeper for many, many years I have to add this:
Creeper knew his time was limited. He had his checklist and was completing his “must do”
One of those on the list was to kick the shit of a full-patch hells angel. The opportunity presented itself when Creeper was walking down Hastings Street and a full-patch hells angel demanded $20 to proceed. Creeper had all justification he needed. The Hells Angel was slammed into a dumpster, on the ground, broken nose and teeth, blood everywhere. He regretted not removing his “patch”. He didn’t look for trouble, but he stood up for what he considered his rights. The response from the other “tough guys” was “Will you work for me?”
Creeper told them to get lost(probably a little stonger language).
