Linda Evans on PBS - PIONEERS OF TELEVISION

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

I remember Big Valley, she was so young and hot! But I loved her in Dynasty, Linda and Joan Collins having a cat fight was awesome!

LINDA EVANS AND TINA LOUISE WERE BOTH FAVOURITES OF MINE WHEN I WAS GROWING UP. THOSE TWO WOMEN STILL HAVE IT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS!

We all get old... that's inevitable.

Please remember Pratt is older than most of us on this board and he's just sharing the ladies of his youth. lol

I see a few women that are now in their late 40's early 50's and a beautiful woman will always age as a beautiful woman.

Yeah they aren't what they used to be in their hey-days but you can still see why there were such a fuss...it may diminish with time, but it never goes away completely.

JUSTINE....AS YOU HAVE PROBABLY HEARD, AND I BELIEVE IT'S TRUE....40 IS THE NEW 30, AND 50 IS THE NEW 40, ETC.

SURE LINDA EVANS IS NOT AS HOT TODAY AS WHEN SHE WAS APPEARING IN PLAYBOY IN THE EARLY 70'S, JUST LIKE TINA LOUISE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE 'GINGER' THOSE OF US SAW ON GILLIGAN'S ISLAND ON PRIME TIME (NOT IN RERUNS KIDS), BUT THESE WOMEN ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL IN THEIR OWN WAY.

AS FOR BETTY WHITE....

The older I get the more confident I am, so yes David, it's been pretty common knowledge that 40 is the new 30. Like I was telling Farhan in another thread, I feel younger at 36 than I did at 26. To me it's about coming into your own.

Some people are obsessed with the age of a woman. Some men think just because they are with a younger woman, it makes them feel younger. When in reality, you're still the age you are despite how young your mate is. For me, I seem to find more common ground with men in and around the 1-2 age difference. We grew up in the same generation, and for me, I much prefer it, but that's me.

I've always found beauty in one Sonia Braga over the years and IMO, she's aged well.
