Actually, I did the same thing back at old central, before I moved to the UK, during the last lockout, never did remember it and had to reregister as UK can't even remember my old handle now...

A slight spoiler to follow.....

Three or four times in the movie the group of 14 are pretty much fucked and Gandalf appears out of nowhere just in time to use his staff to send thirty Orgs flying (bright flash of white light and some silly mumbled words). Each time it then cuts to the additional thousand Orgs bearing down on the group and Gandalf yells RUN... I realize it's a three hour movie and some people have horrible memories but didn't this exact same thing just happen a half hour ago? After a while you stop worrying about the next situation because it's a given Gandalf will sow up to save the day.

And don't even get me started on the giant eagles.

I thought the LOR movies had a really good pace.

Don't think I'll watch The Hobbit on the big screen though.

2012 wasn't a great year for movies imo.

I liked The Avengers, Dark Knight, Bourne, Looper, Flight, Argo.

I found Skyfall and Total Recall a tad disappointing.

Still wanna see Django!
