Avengers vs. Amazing Spiderman vs. Dark Knight Rises...

The Avengers looks sic. It's gonna be a superhero dog fight this summer.

I'm most anticipating the DKR as I really enjoy the dark, more serious tone to the movie but I gotta admit I'm pretty excited to see what they do with the Avengers.

We could see the future of superhero movies unfold this summer. The winner (especially of it's a clear winner) could dictate whether or not future movies are more serious (realistic for lack of a better word), dark or depressing or if they go towards good looking actors looking good while blowing shit up!

Hey, I have no vested interest so may the best popcorn flick win!

-I enjoyed Avengers a lot but didn't have a hard on for it like most others.

-I'm indifferent about Amazing Spiderman, but will see it at some point.

-I'm literally counting down the days for Dark Knight Returns.

I will likely see all these movies when they are viewable at home. Can't even remember the last time I was in a theatre!

My girls like watching the old school Spiderman and his Amazing Friends. You know the episodes with Firestar and Iceman.

My oldest daughter pretends she's Firestar all the time, the red haired superhero thing. Often requesting us to call her Angelica.

We haven't even taken them to a movie in the theatre yet. Should really do that, I think our 4 year old would probably enjoy that experience now.

Well i AM a super-hero comic-book lover from way back.

So of course seeing it on the big screen with today’s special effects is very special TO ME.

I finally found someone willing or able to go with me to see it and you aren't far from the truth, not just for comic book fans but its a treat for those that grew up with them, I just loved all the little references and side jokes throughout.
