The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

House of Cards - Political Drama, excellent writing/acting
Just watched season 1 &2,Great series,Kevin Spacey has to be the best politician ever ,hadn't seen Gerald McRaney since Simon & Simon, another great character in the series.
Also recently went through Shameless, not bad, William H Macy and cast have some pretty interesting characters
What's this Banshee all about? Cheese? Or worth checking out?
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

I thought the idea was interesting, but holy f**k what a stupid show.
The scientific basis is laughable.
They're running out of air, so they start ejecting people into space?
(Not only do you lose the airlock's oxygen, but a human body contains at least 50 kilos of oxygen)
Commander jumps in the space station's missile, crash lands on earth - and survives. I could go on.
The science in "100" is bogus, the plot is often goofy.
