Decision Time for Michael Vick

Decision Time for Michael Vick

Postby DavidPratt_ » Tue Aug 14, 2007 6:30 pm

By this Friday Michael Vick will have to make the most important decision in his life…

Accept a plea agreement for his alleged involvement in a dog fighting ring or fight the charges…

All three of the co-defendants have already agreed to take a plea and tesify against
Vick…

On the surface it would appear Michael Vick has only one option…

However Vick has already pleaded not guilty to the charges and has issued an written statement in which he said he looked forward to...Quote…â€￾clearing my good nameâ€￾…

In the meantime the NFL is staying on the sidelines until after the federal prosecutor Michael Gill is finished with the final details of his case…

That is expected to happen on Friday…

If Vick chooses to take this matter to court…he could be hit with at least 2 more federal dogfighting charges…

Then NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will take his turn…
Goodell is expected to suspend Vick for at least the rest of the 2007 season…whether he takes the plea or not…

Right now that’s the least of his concerns…

If convicted Michael Vick could spend 6 years in jail…

Last night Vick sat down with his lawyers to discuss what he wants to do…

Keep in mind the American legal system is far from perfect…

The OJ Simpson trial is a classic example of that…

However Vick has three eye witnesses to go along with a mountain of physical evidence…much of which was found on his property…

Most experts agree it’s time for Vick to cut his losses…

The corporate sponsors are GONE…

The Atlanta Falcons are GONE…

The NFL is about to say GOODBYE…

And his friends and business partners have all turned against him…

Michael Vick is all alone now…and it would appear things are only get WORSE before they start to get better…

Things just go from bad to worse for Vick. Now he's being sued for $63,000,000,000 Billion Dollars.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,293268,00.html
Riches alleges that Vick stole two white mixed pit bull dogs from his home in Holiday, Fla., and used them for dogfighting operations in Richmond, Va. The complaint goes on to allege that Vick sold the dogs on eBay and “used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government.â€￾

The complaint also alleges that Vick would need those missiles because he pledged allegiance to Al Qaeda in February of this year.

“Michael Vick has to stop physically hurting my feelings and dashing my hopes,â€￾ Riches writes in the complaint.

That's right, $63,000,000,000 Billion Dollars. ($63,000,000,000,000,000,000, more money than is currently in circulation in USDs)

This is the same guy who launched a massive lawsuit against things ranging from 'Skitles Candy and Tony Danza to Three Mile Island and WWII Veterans.'

The sad thing is this isn't a joke article. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
