Movie Thread

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Clancy Brown steals most scenes (and movies).

Carnivàle on HBO is a great showcase for him.

Indeed.

Just before a hooker walks in.

"Hi, I'm Candy", says she.

"Of course you are", The Kurgan replies.

Lol....

So I ordered a series of books on rats recommendations and delivery was going to take a week.

Having watched the most recent Dune movie of late (meh) I decided to read the novel again.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed the series and am now on book 3 (Conn is here and next in line ratman). It remains a pretty stellar read.

So, since I had watched Highlander the other night I figured, wtf, I'll watch the Lynch version of Dune (I mean, what else was on last night right?!)....

God that was a horrible movie and a terrible adaptation of the novel.

Granted it's old but wow, fuck me was it a shitty watch.

May watch the Poseidon Adventure.

Always liked that show.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

But Jack could do everything. And I love Hackman, Marvin, Deniro, Duvall, Pacino and Clint. Nobody has Jack’s range
