Quinn Hughes has made some incredible plays against Sweden but he just coughed it up for the third goal.

Swe 3
USA 0

I really like how Boqvist is playing too.

Yup Hughes def' needs a Chris Tanev type.

can't believe the US is getting smoked by Sweden, but they got a solid team.

I seriously have no doubt Hughes will be the best defenseman of his draft class.

I'm watching Bouchard and Dobson and they both look like slugs compared to Hughes and Boqvist. I think both Bouchard and Dobson will be good solid D, but I'm so happy we swung for the fences on Hughes.

Holy shit! The US came back from a 4-0 hole in the 3rd to tied it up.

Overtime.

Adam Boqvist with the overtime winner! 4-3 Sweden beats USA in OT.

It speaks to how dangerous the US are. They were manhandled for 50 minutes but were able to score 4 with the man-advantage (via PP or goalie pulled).

Don’t take penalties against them..

Two of the Merikin players (Samuelsson & Wahlström) have Swedish passports.

Traitors!
They probably wish they joined Sweden now.

Bet you haven't seen anything like this before; Switzerland awarded two penalty shots on the same play!
Blows both, but still. :o

Good first period between Russia and Canada. I can see some posters writhing around caked with piss and feces that Canada is garbage etc. Wouldn’t want to give the other team any credit at all
