Badly outshot and lucky? Doesn't sound familiar...

The tournament was "ick"
Even the preseason games are better. Ya, ok, guess I have to say, IMO.

Nice new bottom line, Blob.
That should leave quite the taste in some mouths, not mine though... :) :)

What is wrong with some of you? We won and looked good doing it despite what some say. Fucking machine. Put it in gear to win. Two goals in last three minutes and one short-handed! Pre-season looks better? Fuck me. Get your head out of your fundement boyo :D

It was an all star game style tournament except for the 2 games against the us in pre-tournament. Zero hitting and the team played at about 60% engaged. Its why Canada looked like balls against the europe team.
I also enjoy the canucks pre-season games more. Guys are all in
nobody forks...with the jesus

Fair enough Blob... I wondered if I was wrong about that as I posted. However, they were pretty badly out-shot until well into the third.

I gotta disagree with you though, DMB, I don't think they looked good. Canada were certainly out-worked. The call on Kopitar seemed marginal and the tying goal was certainly fortunate. Marchand's goal was excellent, I'll give you that. It's too bad (sort of), it would have been interesting to see the third game. It might have generated some tension - we never really saw any in this tournament.

I wonder if there got to be some tension on the North American Team?
Afterwards, most of them said, next time they want to play for my Country.
At first I thought the idea was cute but at the end of the day, if you want intensity, it really has to be "all" country against country.
