Canucks Twitter in regards to Kesler: We have Kesler locked up in the back. We're feeding him raw meat. The Beast will be ready tonight. -AV.

Hopefully we have enough 'assholeness' to compete vs Torres.

4-2 canucks with EN goal..

torres gets hurt

lou plays awesome

we look ok to pretty good

fans feel that if we keep improving the run might just be long

back when the season started and everyone was whining.

I said I didnt know what the fuss was all about we would end up 25-15-8....not a bad guess

The best part of this first day of the playoffs is seeing all the old gang posting, its like going to your home town for a visit and seeing all old faces

Yeah we could have a starter that got lit up for 7 goals in the playoffs ? OMG We have...

First day of the playoffs and I can't even get excited. To be honest, I think this is the year the Sharks could take us. There just seems to be something 'missing' in this year's version of the Canucks.

A great period by Luongo. Some nasty saves in the 1st. Hope this is a sign of things to come.
Like the start Kassian had. Ebbett shows why he should be benched in favour of Pinhead or Sestito.

Ya, the Sharks out shoot us 15-7 but they have to power plays to our none. We can play better than we did in the first but we didn't play a bad period either.

Funny I'm not nervous yet this year.

No offence what so ever, the 9 shots flatter the Canucks.

They better come out with a little more life in the 2nd.

The Canucks did not look like a threat to score for sure. But their game is OK. SJS should get the next penalty  so maybe we get one there

The Sedin line looks totally ineffective so far. But I'm not upset with their game, yet. SJS haven't looked any better really, other than the PP.
