Less than 24hrs after our first embarrassing game. I expect a totally different team and outcome.

Last night was a wake up call.
Tonight they'll be flying out there.

We let in 3 goals in 1:24 of PK. Lots of room to improve there. Everyone basically was -1 on 5on5. Lots of room to improve there. All of our forwards played between 13 and 18 minutes of ice time. Lots of options to play the top line more, and the 4th lines less.

When did Kassian get benched? he had a team low shifts and TOI,

I think the high flying Oilers , who for the most part are in game shape, spank us tonight.

No matter who AV starts in net it will be the wrong choice.

I think we get schooled and caught running around enough to make most of us turn the game off early.

Fully expect these kids to skate circles around the Canucks.

The Ducks are a much slower team than the Oilers and they were burning our defensemen to the outside all game long last night.

The Oiler are weaker defensively than Anaheim, but I'm betting their run and gun offense controls the tempo and the play. Luongo will get the start and then Schneider will get to come in in relief of him this evening.

I agree with what people say in the last GDT about this team needing only a few tweaks. A player here or there would do the trick, the rest is just coaching adjustments.....so if those don't happen a new coach would probably be just the tweak this crew needs. Vigneault's gameplan gets burned again tonight. The countdown is on.

lol yup the Coilers should win this one easy, however the Twins at least should make it a bit bearable to watch as they love to play vs the Coilers.

Yup.

The Canucks core players have been sitting on their asses for the better part of the last 7 months.

The Oil on the other hand have been tearing it up in professional leagues. They are rested, healthy, and in game shape.

My guess is another lop sided game and a hilarity to ensue on this board for the next few days.

would be nice to see the Canucks win and shut up the gang of bed pissers.

My ignore list might start growing if the traffic picks up here.

Fuck, I hate being all the way out east as I will not shell out for Centre Ice and am blacked out thanks to SN.

This could get ugly, but I'm thinking it will not be the blowout last night was. 5-4 Canucks and everyone will be pissing on Luongo for letting in 4. Cue all the Eastern retards go on about how Luongo is washed up and Gillis is asking waaaaay too much.

Let's see what happens...

Ballard's worst shift of the season.

Good to see that some things haven't changed.
