Saw somewhere today a quote from Iginla about tonight's game. His "motivation" to try and win is to keep the Canucks from winning the Presidents Trophy.

How twisted is that?? Shouldn't your motivation be to try and play out your season on a winning note and maybe give your fans something to cheer about.

I have no problem with that. It's a natural rival that up until 2010 the Flames were very competitive with. Why wouldn't he want to beat the Canucks ?

As an asside why are the bubble players on Vancouver playing so shitty ??? Guys like Weise, Ebbet, Gragnani, Rome , Bitz and Raymond should be going balls out to prove to AV they belong in the lineup come game 1. Then again we know Raymond will be on the 2nd line and Rome will be in the lineup regardless so i guess it excuses those two.
