I wouldn't call that a clear loss by Lappy.

Lappy got spunk. Maybe that will wake somebody up.

No respect for Raymond..

If he was stronger, he would have been able to power through Z's hold.

Seems like Raymond gets knocked down about twice a shift.

Today, we're seeing why Raymond can't play in the top 6. He's just too damn weak.

Heck of a rover but is just too easily overpowered.

I'm not quite sure what to make of our first line. Puck possession has been almost non-existent and Burr seems a bit lost.

Hodgson with only 6:40 of ice time after 2 periods???

Canucks haven't really shown up in a couple games now. The goaltending is what's keeping them in.

They better not trade Schneider. Playing this horribly, Luongo will be fatigued by the deadline.

Thoroughly outplayed, wow. I hope they figure out a way to pull this out in the 3rd, but I also wonder if they might be well served by an ass kicking by a good team, like chicago seems to do to us every november to wake the team up. They are far too comfortable relying on the goalies and the timely goal...a spanking by Detroit wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing to shake them out of the lethargy. I'd rather they win, but they can't keep playing so sloppily and casual kev like...very lame.

On the happy side, the Hawks are getting their teeth kicked in 6-4 by the Coil.

Gagner with a 5 point night. 3 goals and 2 assists.

We need 2 top goalies if we're going to lean on them this hard.

What a shit show. Just not stepping it up tonight at all. Wings are a very good team, but this doesn't look like the fair fight I expected.

Have to agree re: Raymond - he's got some exceptional tools, but not enough to compensate for his size.

Overall I just can't shake the feeling that something is missing this year....apparently AV feels the same by splitting up the twins.

I've seen at least 5 no-call interference plays by the wings.Do the refs even know what interference is? When a player doesn't have the puck and is impeded from getting to the puck its -----ing interference.

Ballard got spunk too.

He stepped a bit out of his weight class this time.

Hard work pays off in Burrs goal.

That spunk worked.

"Here's a steal. Burrows shoots -scores!" That brought back a nice memory.

Maybe an ugly win is still in the cards after all....
