Looks like the Jackets took some notes from our playoff diving.

Oh how I love a good BJ... thread to come again and again to, and hear what other posters are spitting out in their game day posts. Oh god yes it feels good to receive head-lines from you fellow fans, sometimes I get so excited by the massive build-up prior to the puck hitting the face-off circle that I literally hit the ceiling. Anytime you can get a BJ, game is time well spent.

Sedin's should definitely be able to take advantage of the Pussy-Fart pairing!

When Sturm got the puck and tried to split the defense, it was kind of sad... he looked like he was skating in quicksand, and then promptly lost the puck. I felt like I was witnessing the end of a career.

The Canucks had to work hard just to clear the zone all period - no breakout passes, just chipping it out - they were totally hemmed in for most of the period. Although they got a goal, they had no good chances to score.

Hopefully that is not indicative of how they will play the whole time Kesler is out.

Yep.

Although I wouldn't mind seeing Bieksa tune one of their skill players up either.

(edit: not that it's going to happen)

There should never be 2 minutes for instigating when a guy runs into your goalie.

so far COHO is the best on the ice. I hope they give him someone who wants to score soon.

You've gotta laugh at how a dirty, injury-causing cheapshot to one of the best players in the world is punished with the same penalty that Burrows gets for backing slowly into a flopping Mason on the white ice.

 @ the NHL.

Let's just turn the other cheek. By sending Carter to the quiet room.

Edit: Ballard is making way better decisions offensively with the puck so far this season. I don't see him getting benched for Rome too many times this campaign.

Ballard is impressing the shit outta me. I hope he keeps it up because right now, he's our best offensive defensemen.
