All right time to start the games that means something.
Let's hope this regular season is something similar to last years with an ever so slightly better ending.
The Canucks may start off slow but I think they'll still finish 2nd in the West. Once they get everyone healthy and back in the lineup we will go on some serious winning streaks.
Here's hoping for another entertaining season of hockey!
Go Canucks Go!!

less than 24 hours to go. whooot. I am expecting a pretty good start from this club. Probably the best 3rd and 4th lines we have had in years. and I look forward to seeing 15-18 minutes of Tanev every night too.
The Cup is soooooo ours!!!!!!!

The Canucks start the season against another team that is built to win, Should be a great opener, Just a shame Kesler and Crosby won't be playing,
I'll take the Canucks 4-3

Lovejoy?! Really?!!
Now that you say it, he does look a bit like a hockey player, proper Czech style mullet and all.
If only he could lose that pot fixation...

Anyway, what's important, tonight they finally drop the puck!
Woo-hoo!

Sooooo, what's everyone rolling with tonight?
I think I might ease into the season with a few hefeweizens - that's plan A.
Plan B would be hit the scotch (and the hefeweizens) and blow off work tomorrow making it a 4 day weekend.

Should be a good game tonight. Both teams should be pumped to get their respective seasons going.
Solid line up for the Canucks, but our 4th line will need some games together to get in sync. All eyes will be on Hodgson and the news guys.

I'm thinking Stanley Park Amber at the arena, served to me in my seat. BOOM! Either that or I'm buying a bottle of wine for the night.
