I love how much Edler was hitting out there. Happy to see he plays with that physicallity now.
Kesler is so snake bitten against quick. Doesn't surprise me at all that he didn't score tonight... seemed all of last year Quicks best saves were always on Kes. No surprised he couldn't score on the shoot out either.
Anyways sucks to loose but it was a fun game to watch. Can't wait for monday night!!!

 I would be glad if it goes another 40 years, great ticket posted by Cornuck, i was just minus 5 months at these days.

The outcome wasn't that bad, at least 1 point against a strong Kings squad. I'm still optimistic....

It was a solid game by all. Great passing good hitting and yes Luongo looked good. Too many dumb penalties bit us i the ass. It's funny though every penalty the announcers mentioned how the Kings owned us with the Powerplay...there was no owning going on in that way tonight. But hey it's one game, pretty entertaining to watch though I was surprised I thought both clubs would have been sluggish, but I guess the playoff rivalry and the "40th" put some fire in there.

I didn't think he looked too bad .... until he took that stupid penalty.

I gotta say I LOVE our third and fourth lines! Its nice to be able to hear when their on the ice, and they are hits that acutally affect the play, not a Hordichuk "too slow to get there" type of hit! With enough sense to actually cycle it down low a bit and get it to the front. Hansen looked pretty good out there with Malholtra as well. With all the changes I'm pretty happy with that opener, everyone seemed to be putting in the work, it'll take a bit to get everything firing, but I would say we carried the play for a lot of that game considering all the pps we were giving up.

Not much flow to the first, but this team appears ready to hit. Looks nastier than I've seen out of them in years. [1]
Couldn't bury it when they had a couple/three PPs in a row in the second.
Bad penalty by Kesler.
Shootouts are ridiculous. Honestly, what a pain in the ass. But, I've said that a million times before...
