Are they actually trying to consider that tape on the hands? That is unbelievably incompetent officiating.

Garrett just read the rule book, which on the basis of this call alone should be amended.

In this case, a BS rule but Rypien should know the rule and either leave the tape off or let Hordichuk take the fight.
OTOH another great fight by the Ripper! Now 8 and 0 on the season.

As far as the game goes, St Louis really seems to have the Canucks number ... still.

Are you saying Saskatoon is a better place to spend New Years than St Lou?
Or that the Canucks are losing because they are in St Lou on New Years?
Or both?

Well, don't spend New Year's in either spot (by my experience of those places) and hell if the guys can't have a good time once and a while, how can you expect them to win...
