2 periods are over and it's 1-1. We failed to score on a 7 minute PP and it has been an insanely scrappy affair. Should be an interesting third.

That was one weird game, but I'm sure Arnott was steaming after Burrows scored the empty-netter. No doubt Burr was chirping all the way to the bench after he scored. Nice to see the Sandman play big in this game, especially on Erat's last shot. Too bad Hordi couldn't have played more, but Jaffray had his chance to tangle again. Personally I don't think it's something he should be doing, but give a guy props for doing what he can to help the team and stay up there. The powerplay sucked hard, especially on that 7-minute PP. But then Edler scores a couple PPs later....

This was two points we had to get and we should have gotten. Now the guys get a bit of a rest before heading off to Edmonton.
