OK I am hoping for 3 things out of this game.

1) A regulation win!
2) That the Sportsnet HD broadcast starts at the opening face off (pvr'ing the game and don't want to miss anything)
3) A regulation win!

Prediction: 4-2 Canucks. Goals from Kessler, Naslund, Daniel and Shannon.

The big bounce back game tonight.vs a team we all know they should dominate. But considering a third of their games go to OT or a SO I'm not so sure this team has a 5-0 game in them. If they do it should be tonight. They are as healthy as they've been since November. No excuses.

4-1 Canucks

I looked at this 13 game stretch the team was in starting with the home game against Minnesota and finishing in Anaheim before they have to play another game in 2 nights. I felt they needed to win 10 of those games or get 20 of a possible 26 points to solidify a playoff spot. With 6 games played and 10 points from them, the Canucks need another 5 wins in the next 7 to accomplish that goal. There are no more excuses. As Guts pointed out, they are healthy with only the Morrison injury being a significant player missing. Krajicek is out but Edler has more than compensated for his absence. The Canucks better win tonight.

Taylor Pyatt - unsung hero...

interesting no goal...its either interference or its not...should be a penalty or a goal...it was neither.

Still need the Sedins to step up...this is a bad stretch for an offensive slump.

Welp, that was frustrating.

God I hate this team sometimes. We totally stopped pressing after we got that 2-0 lead. That totally wasn't worth not working on my paper.

I wish Rick Nash would explode.

I was at the bowling alley and said to a few folk (up 2 - 0 at that point), "wow, up by 2!!, they'll lose in OT"

it's amazing how predicible they are these days, can't hold any lead, don't even try to score in OT, and suck at the stupid shoot out.

The breaks didn't go our way but was that ever a pathetic third period by this team. Come on guys. We can't rely on Luongo to win every game for us. Games like these are the ones you look back on if you miss the playoffs and realize you blew it here by only pulling a point out of it instead of two.

In the history of this team, they have never had the 'killer instinct' that would allow them to put away a team like they should have tonight.

Just an embarrassing loss tonight. Sedins - 0 points, Naslund - 0 points - just embarrassing.
