Damn, at least they can focus on scoring goals now instead of preventing them.

Was that a fluke or was Luongo cheating a bit? Hard to say.

Ritchie was miuscled off the puck pretty easy on that go ahead goal.

I'd like to see Kesler get some time with quality players...get him a few shifts with Morrison...basically double shift him he's a playmaker waiting for the right finishers.

Sounds like the Canucks are really tired.

Sounds like the refs are indeed ridiculous.

WTF is this with Kesler ?

ps: It meant to be Burrows ? I could swear Larscheidt mentioned Kesler... :?

Luongo is keeping them close...but can they beat the trap? Canucks shots on goal the past 30 minutes is poor.

Sorry, looks I was thinking the same thing as UYK just a little later - so taking out the redundancy. Too bad. That was close. Sounded like they fought hard at the end.

Helluva run... Dec 2nd they finally lose a divisional game in regulation.

The urgency the analysts speak of only occurs when a team goes into a prevent defense. It's a colapse around the goalie. Makes it easier to gain the lines but tougher to get to the net.

So stop asking "Where was the urgency until late in the 3rd?" They take what they are given.
