Damn entertaining game even if it had no scoring. Full credit to a very very fast and tenacious forechecking carolina group over there. I havent seen a team on the canucks all over the ice so quick yet this season.

That said Vancouver did well to angle them away and vaccuum up loose pucks. Obviously Markstrom was phenomenal, possible the game of his career.

Serious props to Boeser and Pettersson who rose to the occasion. That winning goal was all about determination by BB and I for one am very relieved to see him and petey find that drive. We all know how good they are but to see them crank it up like that is exactly what i thinks been missing a bit lately.

How about the game Leivo and Pearson played? They were beasts out there protecting pucks and causing shit on the forecheck. Maybe their best game to date actually despite not hitting the scoresheet
