Omg. Utica is a bad team, for the NHL.
Errr but they are playing another AHL team tonight
Horrible line-up tonight for sure. The professional hands of stone and fringe players aren't exactly a good mesh.

Any mention on why Boeser is not in tonight?

Gaudette has had some good moments.
Other than that, it's pretty slim pickin'.

A lot of Canucks are playing like they know they won’t make the team, unlike last night where there was more intensity.

He hasn’t stood out but he hasn’t looked bad either. There just isn’t a good flow in the game, very disjointed.

Edler should be replaced by Juolevi on the first powerplay unit. He is the one auditioning for a spot, not Edler.

Juolevi has been quietly good.
You know who else has been? His partner Guddy.

Leipsic has been our best player tonight. Gotta find a way to keep him. He plays with energy.

I thought Boucher had a very good game. He hit 2 crossbars and made a beauty feed to Lepstick on the PP. He could easily have had a 3 pt game. Too bad Boucher will be in tuff to make the club, I really like his release and I think his vision of the ice is very under-rated. I'd luv to see some great shooters on the PP with Brockstar and Boucher and throw in Petterson. Would be fun to watch.
Lipstick had some nice jump and scored a nice goal. Gaudette had some nice chances, but made a couple of blind passes as well that I don't think the coaches will like. Looks like he could use some time in Utica to learn the pro game and gain some experience and confidence.

Is Palmu your next Steve Kariya?
I'd say Lipstick looks a bit like Paul Kariya out there.

Palmu looked outclassed. He definitely needs some Utica time.
I agree Boucher looked good but he has a habit of hitting posts and crossbars. He’s always, almost scoring. He does have a great release though. I just don’t see room for everyone.
