I'll take the point. Guaranteed 7 points out of 14. Going to be tough in Montreal with the Beliveau memorial.

We would have won if Miller was in the nets

Lack was good enough....we weren't. I blame Reffing and injuries.

No he wasn't, he dropped the ball. Let the team down. When you're up 3 zip you need your tender to kiddy bar the door

Yeah, all of that dipsy-doodlin' at the blue line was cute....

Should we send out an all points bulletin for the whereabouts of Higgins and Bonino?

Nothing new to see here.....move along.

(Not a jab at you Reef, just at the predictable Sedin game).

Burrows too.

Burrows. 0 points in his last 5, -3.
Bonino. 0 points in 5, -4.
Higgins. 0 points in 5, -5.

That 2nd line has to be better. They can't be a second 3rd or even 4th line, contributing one good game out of every 5 or 6. They were fantastic against Columbus, and they've been invisible since. They need to be somewhat consistent.

Bonino gets 1:57 of PP time per game. No PP points.
Higgins gets 1:53 of PP time per game. No PP points.
Burrows gets 1:53 of PP time per game. 1 PP goal (first game of the season).

Might as well try Horvat, Hansen and Dorsett on the PP, they likely couldn't be worse.

Day 12. Game 6 of 7. Back-to-back after a dominating game last night that didn't get results. Then spending most of the 2nd period down a man.....

They were gassed. Rest well and kick some Habitass on Tuesday to end on a high note.

If we didn't have legitimate 3rd and 4th lines like we have now, we'd be up shit creek without a paddle with the way our 2nd is playing right now

But Edler doesn't get the 'gassed' mulligan card?

We are also starting to miss Hamhuis out there. We have seen better from this team. Tonight was not one of our better nights.

And I agree,me need a more dangerous second line.
The only HW the Canucks need
