I think it's time we had a coach who sends the Sedins a message.....

When you are in the slot, wide open with the puck, and can walk right down main street, you DO NOT PASS THE PUCK INTO THE FUCKING CORNER TO YOUR BROTHER.....ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE TRAILING BY 3 FUCKING GOALS IN THE 3rd PERIOD!!!!!

Yes he seemed slow; the "D" seemed to screen him a bit. Bernier is vacumming up pucks. He is having a good game. Que sera sera. Twenty more minutes.
Most NHL goalies will vacuum up pucks when they are coming from outside and there is minimal net presence.

I missed the 2nd period, but in the 1st I thought we really didn't have much that challenged Bernier.

Ok, a PP goal here is a must have!

A post and a cross bar. Just one of those needed to go in.

I think they'd be better off having Pat O'Neill fill the hole...that's what she said ;)

Not that I have my homer glasses on but we were the better team. The leaves don't scare me, they are going no where.

Unlucky not to score on either one of those. At least they're really taking it to the leaves! Probably not going to be able to come back but they're playing or it. Love the fight.

*Edit* Oh well. Clarkson empty netter. What a funny game.

Not really sure Ot. But definitely too much of a perimeter game in this one.

I do know that when you pull your goalie, the other team should never end up with 3 guys in your offensive zone like that for an empty netter.

Bad enough to lose to the leaves, but for Clarkson to get on the sheet (even if it is an EN).....that's just icing on the cake.

I officially hate this fucking Canucks team for 24 hours.

Bernier stole that game, Miller gave it away.

Doc, don't do it, don't jump. It's all part of the master plan. You are loved Doc. Life has meaning. Get in off the ledge. Please, I'd miss you if you were gone.

We beat ourselves. We went 'round the outside too much.

Every save that Bernier had to make in the 3rd period was one that a peewee goalie could turn aside, with the exception of 2.

Couple that with a post, and a crossbar.....meh.

Can't win 'em all.
