I don't give a crap about any revolution, that's Per, let him and Dock fight the Left and Right of it.

Sorry, not a socialist. More of a centre of the pack classical liberal by European, not North American standards. I.e. I believe in market economy, free trade, democracy, free speech, separation of state and church, the rights of the individual, rule of law, etc. I oppose nationalism, protectionism, totalitarianism and theocracy.

Mind you, both the French and American revolutions were based on liberal ideals... Maybe you're right? Maybe I am a revolutionary... :look:

The defence is the biggest worry, so many poor plays by the top 3 vets.

Not sure what January/February has to do with anything Reef.

Can't you just enjoy it for what it is for the full season?

I mean, regardless of all Docs positive energy we aren't winning any Cups this year.

But the change has been refreshing and clearly the management group is walking in the right direction.

We've got some talented young players to watch develop and it should be fun.

Personally I feel revitalized by the entire operation after spending a couple of years of not really giving a shit.

Win, lose or suck.

Enjoy the ride says I.
I agree which is what i said about I am enjoying it for what it is.

By February I will be excited about either option, making the playoffs or start looking at who we would draft at what ever position we draft at. Either way I will be happy as long as we continue to move forward.

I dont think we will draft at 1 - 5, i would be happy at 12 - 16 or 20th? Now I hope to see a D man selected

Word, gotta keep him with the squad full time!
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

From men on claws to men on paws.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Watching the game from last night i pvr'd... I think Horvat actually touched that puck on that goal Dorsett got credit for. the puck leaves Dorsett's stick at a low angle but changes angle when it reaches Horvat and then changes again off Barrie's stick. If that was actually the case..would they ever recredit goals? Or maybe just better to let Horvat celebrate when it's clearer and he can keep the puck.... heh.

Horvat said he was pretty sure it didn't touch him and very clear he didn't touch the puck.

Yeah, no, he never touched it. He even shook his head no on the bench.

I don't care if he gets a clean goal, controversial or crap, he goes hard to the net and plays D.

Ordered my 53 jersey today :towel:

Fack the tired old guys and their panty wearing fans

Miller Time is like 9-1 now and has been rock solid. I wonder if he's an early favourite for the Vezina? We have had a Hart Trophy winner, 2 Lester Pearson winners, a Selke winner, a Jennings, a Calder and a couple of Jack Adam winners, but we have never seen one of our guys win a Vezina, and Norris. Hopefully Miller can win his 2nd Vezina as a Canuck. One of our guys can win the Norris in a future date. :P

Speaking of Marty Brodeur, I can't believe no team has taken a chance on him.
Although Miller leads in wins his other numbers are just average. I would think for him to get a Vezina nomination he will need to improve all his other numbers. A couple of shut outs will take care of it. A smart off season move by Benning picking him up. At least so far. Now all we need is for Lack to get a win then get on a roll from there.
I am rather afraid to say this..but I think that Mr Miller will carry our team to
the playoffs this season much like R. Luongo did. His position is the most important in hockey; we all know it!

So if people criticize a team giving a shitty effort in the first period and question why the fuck Jannik Hansen should ever sniff a power play , that makes them band wagon fans ? Whatever ......pull your head out of your ass.
