To be fair the Flames were down to four as well. In that regard it was even.

I am not an idiot. I know we have problems. I just cheer for the canucks whether they are good OR bad
Aren't we still holding a home ice position? Given how bad we've been thats pretty damn good.

We may be watching the emergence from the cocoon of wimpiness that has been enveloping the team for years. They'll come out stronger and better prepared to beat the tough teams but right now we're vulnerable while we break out of the webbing...

yeah...thats it :mex:

The difference is Garrison + Bieksa >>> Butler + Smid.

PJ Stock needs to STFU. Having said that, I agree in one respect . Hartley set the trap and Torts bit. He should have started a different line to start. But PJ is out of control. When Friedman defends Torts he is mocked by PJ. Funny to see Weeks be the peacemaker.

Don't look now... But are we discussing a Canucks/Flames game as though there may be a real rivalry there again?

That's scary, win or lose.

Canuck haters, even hate PJ Stock, now that's saying something.

Fire PJ.

I thought Healey was supposed to be fired too. Who's left?

Games like this are only going to galvanize this team. Thanks to Hartley and his bush-league tactics for the win. Woulda liked to have seen some play out of Lain, but whateva.

Kassian looked pretty at home with Kesler. Still some work to be done but the kid has chops.

Torts, WTF got him so mad to storm the visiting dressing room? If it's the opening faceoff shenanigans c'mon, that was so 20 mins ago. Let it go. Still, it's nice to see a coach go to bat for his players. I'm sure he'll take the fine in stride with a collection from the dressing room and the head office.

PJ is an ass clown who makes Friedmann look better with every game. Thank Jebus they won. Moral victories aside, 2 pts are better than 1.
Love the Sport. Love the Team.

Hate the League.
