Re: GDT: Canucks at Sharks 7:00PM TSN
This team is rather offensively challenged and clearly is not in sync yet.
But once again, can anyone tell me who else we have besides the Sedins and Kesler that can create A scoring chance?
Not enough bodies in the dirty area, players are rather just "throwing" the puck towards the net in hopes of something lucky would happen
fuck it, 81 more games to go.

Flip The Switch!
Where's Derek Roy and his 4 goals? Or Sami Pahlsson?

This looks familiar. Perhaps they have a little more energy and edge as a team. But their brains are still the same. Hmmm.
San Jose owns Vancouver again.
Bring on the kids.

It seems like I've been watching the same team for the last 10 years
I guess that's what you get when you have a GM who's been riding the same old tired core group while constantly churning in and out useless secondary journeymen hockey players year after year after year while
our kids cook in the minors. If Hertl and Nieto were drafted by Gillis they'd be in Utica right now

Luongo was the best Canuck on the ice tonight...our offence was the worst... Same old story

Hey - One of them belongs to the Flames Same with that McDavid kid the year after. I don't think the Canucks are going to tank that quick are theyRoyalDude wrote:Ekblad or Reinhart?

Well you got one thing right there Blob.....
Good first 30 minutes. Horrible final 30 minutes.

Jesus Mëds, what game were you watching? I know you don't have AV to whine about so I guess you saw a different game than I didMëds wrote:Blob Mckenzie wrote:This team shouldn't give the Canucks nearly as much trouble as they do . Canucks win 3 - 2 . Danny, Hansen and Garrison with the goals.

Canucks simply could not handle the Shark's speed (Younger bigger faster anyone?)
Luongo kept the score respectable for the first 30 minutes.

Pull yer head out of yer bum, Mëds! And that was just the first period!Southern_Canuck wrote:Outshot 16 -7 and blocked 10 shots to their 5...
So shots directed on net Sharks 26 - 12
That needs to change.

Just the first period, all downhill after that.Blob Mckenzie wrote:So is the game worth watching or not ? I see Captain Rubber Pants is very active in this thread
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.
