Where are you nomading now, Rats? Jordan River? Bamfield? Port Renfrew?

Hard to tell where this game will land. I would not be surprised seeing the Knob stacking the McDiver and the Nazi on the same line this game with the crowd behind them. The Nucks coaching staff better have a plan and all its adjustments ready. And for the love of Doc’s gawd, Cole…snap the fuck out of it!!! Soucey and Hronek and Myers the same!!! May see Silovs chased out of the building tonight, DeSmith returning. 6-2 Oilers all of Oilers goals and assists by McDiver and Hitler with a couple gimmies for the Jew - Hyman

And refs, wake the fuck up!!!
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

If we get similar reffing as last game, it may be time to revive an old tradition.

Well, the reffing can't be any worse, can it? They're not going to want to play McDoofus for 28 minutes again, will they? Cole can't get much worse, right?

Tochhet has hinted at lineup changes tonight - likely Hoglander sits (?) I'm sure that he's reminding them it's a 7 game series, and the team will win plays disciplined. On the bright side, we're scoring again (but then skinner is not Saros).

Look for a cautious start as the greasy oil pour everything at us to start. Look for an alien spotting. Big Z may have to go hunting if they keep targeting Hughes.

Should be a fun one - and we've got #RATPOWER tonight!

Hoglander needs to sit. He has brought absolutely nothing all playoffs.

Cole has had some bad luck these past two games, I’m wondering if the speed of this serious is just too much for him.

I’d keep Silovs in, at least for tonite.

Quinn, Miller, Petey and Brock need to step it up and win this one tonite. They weren’t bad last game, but have much so more to give, particularly Quinn and Petey.

How close is Demko?

Seravalli:
According to Daily Faceoff insider Frank Seravalli, the Vancouver Canucks are set to be without goaltender Thatcher Demko for at least the first four games of their second-round series against the Edmonton Oilers.
The Hockey News says game 6 or 7.

I have always maintained they need to split Hronek and Hughes. Hronek should play with Cole and Hughes with Zed

I’ve noticed Hughes has been double shifting with Zed on the odd occasion. Makes a lot of sense.

Speaking of Hronek, while defensively he has been steady, his offensive game has fallen off a cliff. I get this is his first exposure to playoff hockey, but it certainly helps mgmts case for negotiating an extension.

Juulsen isn’t a viable replacement for Cole since skating is the issue. Juulsen would be a downgrade. If the Canucks lose two more, and the defence looks too slow in their defeats, they’ll only have one card to play. The one RHD that skates pretty well is McWard, but throwing him in a playoff game would be a huge gamble. Hopefully they don’t need to gamble that much. Avoid this option.

They have no toughness to insert. Tocchet clearly has no time for Podkolzin. Probably time to move on from this draft blunder.

Sure, Tocchet might like to insert Telecaster but sometimes when your only option is handclaps more cowbell starts to look pretty appealing.

To be honest crappy reffing aside if it wasn't for Soucy and Myers double gaffe we might have come out with a win last game

I'm gonna say the Canucks regroup and rebound for a 4-2 win tonight

Pettersson 4 secondary assists

Cole with 2 more Edmonton primary assists
