The difference is these dimwits would rather let the Sedins walk, be awful and have zero chance at the cup over the next five or more years than keep the Sedins around, have a competitive team and try to build a cup winner. The Sedins should and will be re-signed by the Canucks. Two years and $10M each would be more than fair. If they want to go year to year, as has been rumoured, all the better.
