Not to my knowledge.

News was good on Lu's MRI today:

Dan Murphy ‏@sportsnetmurph 35m
Hearing specialist has confirmed no real damage to Luongo's ankle. Sounds like he can start skating as soon as its pain free. #canucks

@LavoieRenaud Roberto Luongo (ankle) should be out for 7 to 14 days. Better than first expected.

Both Yzerman and Gillis must be breathing a quiet sigh of relief.

Honestly, the Club has to do two things in the aftermath of the last couple of games:

1) Gillis must at least campaign somewhat for better vigilance on crease-crashing and goalie contact. and;

2) Tortorella should put Luongo's MRI up in the locker room to wake them up to how close they came to their starter getting seriously injured by ass-clownery that should have been prevented or, at worst, punished with retribution. Hopefully it may motivate the rest of those pacifists wearing the uniform.

That's a good way to get your name added to the lawsuit. :D

No doubt, behind the scenes either by the players or as a team they plan on crashing our net to throw our goalies off, and it's all done accidentally/on-purpose. :mad:
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Nowhere does he have to be specific and explicit about anything; that stuff will come up in court. :sly:

But implicitly, if something like that doesn't motivate the team to take better care of their goalies then you wonder if there's hope for them.

This accidentally on purpose falling into the goalie is nothing new and yes its completely intentional. By the refs ignoring this it makes them look like a joke.

And some good news...
@FarhanLaljiTSN

Torts indicated post game that Booth & Weise would be sitting again.

Ferriero being sent down likely means Burrows is playing Fri

Benn Ferriero has been sent down.

That leaves 14 healthy forwards including Burrows. Torts has already said Booth and Weise will be sitting out at least one more game. That leaves little doubt that Burrows will be back in the lineup tomorrow.

Hopefully his hands have healed.

I hear they have an anti-Medusa pill. They tried it on Sestito first with limited results.

Damn did I laugh when Tommy Terrific tried the Foppa on Fluery.

I think that showed presence of mind from the big guy and a hell of a lot more creativity than D. Sedin's last shootout attempt.
