Skinner isn't worth more than $7.5M tops. Most of his career he's been a 25-30 goal scorer with a couple of 40 goal outings, but he has maxed out at 63 points. Buffalo is beyond stupid if they give him that kind of cash.
Marner and Panarin are both going to be asking for $12M at this rate.
