David Gourlie

Is David Gourlie still considered a Canucks prospect? He was drafted in the Supplemental Draft a while back, but I have not heard much from him since; in fact, I'm not ever sure if he inked a contract or not. He was a solid d-man for U. of Denver, but I'm not sure how the transition to the minors has been. I am confused why the Vancouver sports media doesn't ever talk about Gourlie anymore...

He's only 48 so there's really no need to rush him. He'll get a crack soon enough.

While we're at it we should trade off this Kneely character, all size and hype but he's just another wasted pick by management. Better get rid of him while he''s still worth something.
