He's been with the team for 7 full seasons, and played internationally, and he's 27. I guess I just don't buy 'maturing' as an excuse / fact for this play any longer. I don't think it is immaturity showing, I think it is his personality showing.

And I am the worse (I know it and so does anyone else from my old CC days), I honestly just get so frustrated on this team and just ......

Work is different, there I am a manager of 6 in a team of 25 and responsable for many contracts and a lot of money. I am not allowed to be totally emotional, I must negotiate the best deal and have the poker face when needed. Here I just want an interactive TV so I can jump though and do something, anything to help.
