Then Doughty acts like a fucking 8 year old throwing a tantrum after he clearly deserved his intereference call........the zebras could have given him a double minor or two and 10, but nope they just gave him the original call. That fat shit should have gotten the book thrown at him for that outburst.

Dustin Brown hangs a leg on Rozival and gets FUCKING NOTHING!!!!. Dude is carted off the ice and Brown the gutless fuck is smirking at the bench. Someone should have stoved him in the yap in the handshake. That would be the only time you could punch the gutless piece of shit because his fucking gloves are welded on and he constantly looks to grab onto a lineman like it's the last dance of the night and Stairway to heaven is on. I couldn't shake a piece of shit's hand like that. Just pass him by in the lineup. Too bad his knee didn't get shredded on that play.

Once again the NHL officiating crew is the only one that can make the CFL officals look competent. MLB umpires look great compared to these asshats.

And of course the losers on CBC say fuck all while they lick the NHL's and the Kings testicles.

Just about done with this Mickey Mouse league.

Thanks Blob, I wasn't able to watch the game and now I'm glad I didn't.

"And of course the losers on CBC say fuck all while they lick the NHL's and the Kings testicles."

Well there's no question those biased pricks were all about painting white hats on Kings.

Just like last year with the Bruins.

Fuck you CBC.

Word for word, I was about to type the exact same thing with the addition of.

CBC is only covering one series, yet we still have to listen to senile old fuck Bob Cole.

I was expecting Doan to Clarke Brown in the post game lineup, but it looked like he gave him a "we'll deal with your knees in November" comment.

Pro (specifically the NHL and all it's peripheral encumberances) hockey is becoming like a woman who is playing the hard to get game.

At some point does the good really outweigh the bad or is it just not worth your time in the end?

Sigh...as my faith continues to be tested.

And the band plays on....

I watched some of the game last night while I moved furniture and what not around the house (floors being done this weekend). The most hockey I've watched since the first few nights of round 1. At least twice NBCsports said the same thing "The refs right now will let you interfere all you want as long as your legs are moving"

Pretty much sums up the crap the league became this past year. Once again the league takes a black and white rule and makes it gray.

Yeah, but every now and then you have a really great night together and all is forgiven for a while. :D

Wow, the folks over at Puck Daddy could give don and Eddy a run for their money..

Image

Although their postseason ended with a Game 5 Western Conference overtime loss to the Los Angeles Kings, the Phoenix Coyotes deserve attention for this mammoth effort.

It was said they wouldn't show up big in the Stanley Cup Playoffs — yet they clearly did. No one believed they'd round into form — yet they clearly did. It was said they didn't have the assets — yet they clearly did.

Alas, they bounced last night, despite becoming a trending topic in Canada. They will be missed. Congrats again to the Phoenix Coyotes and Coach Dave Tippett, who apparently can be seen somewhere in this image.

...interestingly enough (or not) I'm of the mind that a Devils win works best for me.

Not only are they not your Daddys dead puck era Devils (they play the most exciting brand of game of the teams left...as an aside fuck are the Rangers dull) but I have no problem with Brodeur winning another Cup to cement his legacy and I am partial to Kovalchuk winning one before Ovechkin as well.

Plus as much as I would like Willie Mitchell to have some success if Drew Doughty never wins anything for the rest of his career I will be a (somewhat) happy camper.

Ditto Dustin Brown.

Not to mention their smug, sarcastic coach.

Fuck you CBC.

I'm inclined to agree with this. Seriously, what is the deal at the CBC? What are they gaining in going this route? I really don't understand it, at all. At this point, with two US teams playing that are both essentially underdogs in the bigger picture, how and why do you align yourself with one or the other?

Damn it, late to the party. I see donny has already milked this thing for all it's worth. I must have been too busy getting the twins off to school.

I should have kept abreast of this thread.

:rockin:

I found that this quote from Ferraro is indeed very true

I think Dustin Brown is 2012's Claude Lemieux - clutch goals borderline hits--every team wants him, everyone else can't stand him
