Normally I would brush it off but Tanev was a healthy scratch in the Chicago game last night

Which I obviously am ... in a Canucks-typically-win-the-trades-with-Florida kind of way.

Really.........that is interesting. Where you seeing the rumours Pot?
According to the Miami Herald, Booth broke down in tears and left his ex-teammates a message on their grease board. He was in the third year of a six-year pact. Until recently was among Florida’s core of young players. He had every reason to believe he was staying put, but it’s worth wondering why he was so upset to leave a perennial loser for a Cup contender?

Floating in the tub or floating in the air? Or the toilet?

Nothing official yet but Tanev has been discussed in trade talks between the Coyotes and Canucks.

Vancouver and Florida make a significant early season trade. Not surprised,a lot of discussion around the league. Canucks may not be done.

I think Booths lack of fighting skill made him a less obvious target to most fans, but it seems clear that Gillis places very little value on that side of things.

I think this Booth deal can put an end to those rumours. If this was true why would he move 2 guys who would be off the books at seasons end for a $4.25mill cap hit for 4yrs? Good luck if he wants to move the Luongo contract.
