P.s._____________________One thing I forgot to mention: I've heard 960 reference Calgarypuck (and certain discussions) and Darcy (Bingo) on a few occasions. I thought that was pretty cool/weird. You got it figured out rats. My buddy from work has bought two trailer lots in Mesa and as he is semi retired he is down there every year from January into early April. Golfs five days a week , goes to a shitload of Cactus League games then returns here when the monsoons let up.

I am looking hard at purchasing down south but three properties might leave me a little bit cash poor. It will happen eventually as I will be retired somewhat in the next 10- 12 years and I HATE the pissing rain here with a passion. Getting wet 7 months a year sucks shit and while i love Vancouver, there's no way I'm hanging my hat here 12 months a year if I have a choice.
