Anthony Peluso called up from Stockton. Guy is a monster and major meathead. Hopefully Gudbranson doesn’t engage him tonight.
The faithful that eat with their hands at calgarypuck are liking the move.
Whats wrong with ribs and wings

True, Calgary has always crawled with bloodthirsty savages.
So much so that it has affected many Flamer moves over the years.
And for you Calpukers reading this, let me just say Hamonic got fucked up
real Gud.

Can we hire Torts for one night to charge their dressing room?
The league should have issued some warnings.

Anyone have any thoughts on the career projections for Johnny Gaudreau? I placed a bet with my brother in law a while back that he won't hit 1000 points in his career - he is sure that Johnny Hockey will eclipse that mark by at least 100 and possibly hit close to 1200 in his career.
He's sitting at 295 pts in 315 gp right now.
He's 25 years old, probably has at least 5-6 years of good hockey in him, but even if he produces at a point per game for the next 6 years and is fully healthy (i.e. 82 points per season) - that'll put him at 787.
The guys is a massive Flames homer, the bet is a thousand bucks...

For that kind of scratch, Might be inclined to call Tanya Harding.
My guess is you win...

Wasn't sure where best to post this but if anyone was wondering why we should keep Gudbranson, this pic says it all.

Yup Guddy low-key keeps the goons aware of his presence every game, they know he's there and will do whatever necessary to help his canucks mates.
The haters don't really realize that and the modern goon politics on the ice these days, but 6'5 220lbs Gudbranson definitely knows how to be that guy to help protect his squad.

Why is the Flames player staring off into space? Did Guds hypnotise him with his menacing stare?

This is a great picture. So much can be read or read in a different way or not read at all.
I am a photographer and you couldn't set this up better.

It does look odd, could it be a screenshot from NHL 18?
