It was as though the peaches grew on trees.

As a tourist i was in Calgary during the 2000 Stampede....legendary days i'll always remember...
I was at Stampede around 2005, absolutely a great time! Nothing but friendly people having a good time. Sort of reminded me of Peach-Fest back in the glory days.

Peachfest was incredible back in the late 80's...early 90's. Lots of stories from those days.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a symbolic representation of Vaginitis.

Just goes to show that any team can win a game against any opponent in the NHL.

Except for the Oilers that team fucking suuuuuucks... 23 goals against in 4 games - wow.

It's really pissing off the people of Calgary.

Being here the last couple of years has been pretty cool actually - the winters suck, but going to hockey games is hella cheap, and they have a couple good young players that are fun to watch.

Sean Monahan, for instance, I think will be their captain after Giordianioioio. The kid is shaping up to be a poor-man's Jon Toews, IMO, and that ain't too bad.

I know it happened last year and I feel like it happened the year before too... Why is it that every other team in the conference seems to have games in hand over the Flames for the majority of the year?

I'm sure it all balances out over a season in terms of consecutive nights off and all that but it's honestly really annoying. What's the deal?

Also it was Tanev's birthday today, I hope he gets alcohol poisoning when he goes to celebrate the cup victory.
But is he really sure?
