Well I'm awful at these.... I think I went 4 for 8 in the first round but that easil could have been 2 for 8 if San Jose and Montreal had blown game 7. Here goes nothing

Colorado over Detroit in 6

Theodore's playing like the Theodore of old. Osgood's solid but if he folds, I wouldn't feel comfortable with an aging Hasek. Having said that, the Wings will probably sweep the series!

San Jose over Dallas in 7

Another tough test but San Jose finally gets over the hump.

Montreal over Philly in 5

New York over Pittsburgh in 6

On a side note, it's funny to see a return of "the old guard" in the West with Detroit, Colorado, and Dallas all advancing to the second round since lord knows when. I remember when it was an absolute given one of those teams would represent the Western Conference and most likely win the Cup.

well, now that Calgary is out (thanks god - I hate cheering for other teams as they play the flames),

Hockey is over.

Same here - I looked over the final 8 and realized I didin't really give a shit who won. I guess I'd like to see the Penguins do something, but that's about it now.

Canadiens - Philly? I guess I should cheer for the "Canadian" team.
Pens - Rangers? Hate the Rangers, so root for Pittsburgh
Wings - Avs? Who cares? Cheer for the Original 6 team?
Sharks- Stars? Absolutely don't care on that one.

I don't see any of the 5 Canadian teams listed there....

just the 'Quebecer' team...
