Bure interview on 1040

Post by Nucksfan10 »

Did anyone hear the interview the other morning with Pavel on the team? I would like to hear it but i believe it was on too early for me. I wouldn't mind hearing what the legend, the icon, the main event, had to say.
It was all about the Russian Rocket.....there i said it

Go to our Podcast section and see if you can find Barry and Scotty's interview with Pavel Bure.

VERY surprised they got him.

I listened to it, good old Pavel...too bad he left right before the Canucks were on verge of great things....though it could be said if he didn't leave Naslund would never have gotten ice time with Messier and then would have never broken out.

Anyways how come the morning guys get all the big names? I mean they got Bure, the Soup Nazi, Ron Jereamy....Stu Jackson

It could also be said that Pavel would not have wanted out of Vancouver if the big Moose didn't hit on him.

Bure said he stayed an extra year because the Canucks signed Messier.....

Great things? Like missing the playoffs twice more, including one of their worst seasons in team history?

I remember hearing that the Moose was wanting a piece of Pavel way back then.
