Since there are no so-called natural "right wingers" on the team (according to Canucks.com) try this forward line-up at least until the defence is back somewhat healthy. What have you got to lose?
Sedin-Sedin_Burrows
Cooke-Morrison-Naslund
Bulis-Kesler-Pyatt
Green-Linden- Rypien
My family has had season's tickets since day 1, (1970) and Burrows is one of those guys that could go to town if he gets a chance with the twins. Also why hasn't the CMN line ever been given a shot again? They worked it out. They seem to have been forgotten by AV. Did he even know they were an effective line once?
Anyways, first post so looking for your thoughts,
Cheers.
Why not try this?

Welcome aboard...
I don't like the idea because I am not a big Burrows fan...
I like his moxy and hard work and applaud him for that, but I don't think he brings anything that a whole lot of other players could bring...
I think he was better suited to last years team, a team with more offensive skill which lacked the motivation to get off its collective butts and go to work...
He stood out on that team and was rewarded with a new 2 year deal...
If he broke into the league this year on this years team, does he stand out when the team is a much harder, more defensively aware team?...
I'd rather see Brandon Reid on the third line and speaking of Reid, its good to see that his game is back and he is again a difference maker for the Moose...
Take care...

But he did have a 4 goal game ~_~
You'll never know if he'll click with the Sedins like magic, unless we get an injury to Cooke, or Green, then Burrows will have a chance at a spot up here, even then I couldn't see AV breaking up the Twins+Pyatt for now.
I'm sure he would be a part of our future though, maybe not this season, as we can't keep paying our 3rd line near 4 million with no goals.

Burrows is a common-type player of NHL effort with ECHL talent. If you put him with Danrik, he might produce for a week or two, but long term? Zero chance. You can take a Ford Escort, shine it up real nice, put spotlights on it and feature it in the showroom. But at the end of the day, its still a Ford Escort.
