The NHL has come to an agreement with Google to make games available - it wouldn't be live but at least it's legal

This is a stroke of genius for the NHL. I can't even begin to fathom the number of ways in which this will help their marketing efforts.

Being in Japan I can't watch all the games live on TVU, but now that it is on goggle I can catch the game after work!!..

That is just awesome, I watched my first game live in 2 years last week and now I can get all the games...gonna go celebrate will some Japanese Sake!!

Great move by the NHL and google!

I'm working on the road for most of this season, and without this site, I'd be following most games by radio... this site has most games streamed live! Just follow instructions to d/l the TVU player, and you can then click on the link according to schedule and watch games!

re-watching the 1994 game 7, 12 years, and the difference in the refs.

if using the current rule set in that game 7, there'd be no game 7

The TVU streams are down as of Thursday. The NHL sent the guy who ran the streams a letter telling him to stop and he went and complied. Very sad, that was great while it lasted.

However there seems to a bit of a delay (over 1 month) in getting games up on the Google video site. Anyone know what the availability of games is?
Is there a schedule?

Calgary games were good ... lots of intensity ... Edmonton game in Edmonton was good for the goals and the Dallas game was a great goaltender duel between Turco and Luongo ... enjoy them !!

What part of Australia are you from ??

very sad to see TVU go, that was always great being able to watch games live, and often from the other team's channel so you got to hear the other side of the coin. I really enjoyed it, and hope they can find a way to do something similar again, it was a great thing while it lasted!
