Undrafted, played in the Q on Rimouski and Chicoutimi last year. From his stats I figure he's a puck-moving, more offensively-minded defenseman.

Has anyone seen him play? Is he a Rafalski type?
Seems to have come outta no where....
he played with Ohlund, and played really well.
no mistakes, a couple of really good pinches, and won a couple of foot races.
He and Reid semed to have similar speed.

I was at the game last night, and his size did surprise me for a defensman, but he played quite well. If they keep him paired with a stay-at-home partner he may help pick up some of the offense lost by Jovo. And as a 6th or 7th Dman he shouldn't be paired against the other team's top lines. I was actually less impressed with Bourdon who I expected a lot more from.
yeah, Bourdon still seemed to make a lot of mistakes last night.CanadianCorona wrote: I was actually less impressed with Bourdon who I expected a lot more from.
that highlight glove save that Luongo made was off of a #4 turn-over.
I say play him 20+ minutes a night in the pre-season, get the kinks out of his game.
the timing an positioning will come - best to get these gaffes out early.

It's a great day for hockey!
Ah hah, the difference is they didn't make these plays when they were rookies, they have history on thier sidetantalum wrote:Perhaps not but jovanovski and even Ohlund and many many other NHL D-men do it time and time again. It's a glaring mistake but it always happens.Fred wrote:You see that pass Bourdon made right up the midle in his own end, man Bantams don't do that
