I'd have liked to see more than 45 games carried by SNETPac; however, the Canucks are attempting to get a full station shared with the Flames/Oilers that could potentially be launched next season (07-08). We'll see what happens, but it'll be great to hear Hughson's "GREAT SAVE LUONGO" this year, and in future years too.

Jyrki21 I have nothing but sympathy for you. I've been there, what a hole. It's bad enough to live in the worst city in Canada with the smog and humidity during the summer and the freezing cold in winter but you have to live amongst some of the most ignorant hockey fans in the world. I was reading somewhere ( hockey news seaon preview? ) that the leafs could have had Thornton but they didn't want to give up Stajan. I though what, give up who? They just can't get it into their thick skulls that they have one of the worst teams in the NHL with little or no relief on the horizon but they will always believe that eveyone wants to play there. They also over rate the talent level of their players more than any other team, it's just so sad. For instance they still think that Sundin is one the top 10 centers in the league, so sad.

duh, he is buddy. Did you happen to miss the NHl after the Oylmpic break.

And Toronto is a great city. Worst city in Canada? Worse then Winnipeg? Vancouver is dirty and has too many crack addicts and is too expensive.

And Toronto is full of ego-maniac hockey fans and media who think their team is the best in the league and the center of all things puck. I'm with the Pauser..

Toronto Sucks.

Toronto's the best baby! So much to do, so many nice people!

BTW, Toronto isn't that cold at all. Why don't you Vancouver people actually visit before you criticize?

Ever been to Vancouver? We don't get acid rain or -20 degree Celsius winters. And all that smog... perhaps it has clouded your eyes?

And I wonder why Vancouver was ranked #1 in best cities to live in last year...

You don't get acid rain, you just get non-stop rain. And Toronto doesn't get -20 degrees winters. If barely even snows in Southern Ontario anymore. The East Coast, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton etc. all have much colder winters then we do.
