Hamilton police are investigating it, and I'm pretty sure he's going to be charged, at least last I heard in the local news.
Anyways, pertaining to the poll, I have to go with lockout on this one, It is a bigger black eye on hockey than the other three. At least if they got a damn season going, people would forget about the other crap, and just remember how great the game is.
