NJ Devils were leading 4-1 this game, ended up losing 6-4 to the Panthers, they are now 0-4-2.
Add in Hischier injured, J Hughes scoreless and Subban playing bad, it's a rough start for Jersey.
A long time ago, a baseball player remarked: "If I owned a ballclub, I'd hire a $5,000 coach and a $15,000 scout."

Virtanen, Juolevi and Eriksson for Taylor Hall! (perfectenshlag fit for Bo Horvats wing!)

If they pulled that, they might even have room to resign Taylor, just need to find a home for Sutter probably.

Avs trade Barrie and start the season 5-0. hmm

Remember when everybody wanted subban instead of Myers and miller? Good thing our fans are not gm’s.

Four games in is the perfect time to judge players. I mean there’s only 95% of the season left.

Subban has had a fair bit better career than Myers. He had a down year last year with injuries. But it’s cute to watch someone get so excited after a handful of games and then bring out his little tools to build his strawmen.

Fans wanted nothing to do with Myers at 7x7 and rightfully so. The deal he got isn’t that bad and that’s what most people said. Most if not all people liked the target of Miller but thought the acquisition cost was steep. If it turns out to be a top 5 or 8 pick it was too high. At the moment most people are fine with it I would think.

So did Diana before his skills cratered much like PKs appear to be doing right now....hence that comparison

Where does the Myers thing come from though?

And I only use BIG tools for my strawmen thank you very much

I was more responding to Dickie. He’s spraying his little dinky about Myers after four games etc.

Subban is a lot better than Phaneuf ever was and he had a lot longer peak. 9-10 years vs four years. Not a great comparison imho. Furthermore that was Subbans first bad year and he also missed 20 games.

I think the Devils are going to gas that coach pretty smartly myself.

The curse of Vonn
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
