Lol wonderful. One step up and two steps back
Unless maybe the team throws a bone to Utica and returns Adam Gaudette there.
Saw this coming.
If they give Gag-puke Gaudette's position on the team, they should be charged with a PSC (professional sports crime).
Or maybe they want the kid to actually develop in the AHL before tossing him to the wolves. He IS NOT ready right now. He is too slow

Gaudette is too slow? Are you kidding?
He's become one of the quicker skaters on the team for shit's sake.
If this is about the Waiver thing, risk Gaunce, W?E, who cares.
Gaudette is nicely getting his game to an NHL level.

Of the last 5 losses, we should have had points in 3 of them and won 2. That's Green!

The future returns;

Wooot! Samwise is back. There's a true warrior right there. :P

Maybe there's a setback to the returns of Beags + Sutter. Or maybe Nucks mgmt is getting concerned with the recent batch of loses, so they're taking all the help they can get.

Plus with veteran Gagner back, that should help Horvat a bit with faceoffs etc, because ever since Sutter and Beagle both got injured Bo's been carrying all the faceoff duties lol.
Even though Sam isn't awesome at F/O's, he's done enough over the years to be able to help out Bo a bit more than the rookies.
A long time ago, a baseball player remarked: "If I owned a ballclub, I'd hire a $5,000 coach and a $15,000 scout."

I think bringing back is a mistake.
Hope he has to sign something promising to "NOT" bring his personality with him.

I don’t recall ever reading or hearing anything suggesting that this will be anproblem. He’s been playing pretty good with the Marlies and he will be inspired to either stick with the Canucks, get traded or get claimed if he’s put back on waivers. As for Gaudette, he’s been ok, sometimes good, but he hasn’t been lights out. It maybe Gaunce who’s heading back. Who knows. Gaudette should he get sent back to Utica it can be a boost for his confidence. But Gaunce is the one they maybe protecting from waivers.

You Gaudette love is cute, but not warranted.

And there you have it. With Boeser on IR the Canucks have an extra roster spot. Seems they chose to fill it by recalling Gagne. Could mean Boeser will be out longer than expected and that Gagne is brought in as a top six. He’s been scoring a ton on the Marlies so perhaps they are just hoping he can inspire the PP and add some secondary scoring.

Mick, take a Prozac. Gagne didn't make it out of camp. Got out worked, out played and (rightfully) got sent down (like Management said people would). Gags went down, did all the right things, was a pro, and (due to injuries) is getting his shot to remake the NHL..

What's the big deal?? It's the hockey cycle, nothing worth getting excited over.

Ok, I'll just not say any more about the guy and that I wasn't referencing as much to his on ice performance as to his influence in the dressi
