Surprised not to see the Ducks on the list of teams in on Hamhuis....
They have an abundance of defensive prospects and other than Bieksa their NHL team is young on the blue line...
Would love to see them in a bidding war if for no other reason than to have some pay back for the way Kesler handled his desire to leave Vancouver...
Take care...

Who cares is Honka is 6ft 190? Tanev is 6ft 2 180 . Sutter is 6ft 3 and 175 and half this board thinks he is one of the better players in the game. Honka is a right handed shot and projects as a top 4 d man . After Tanev the team doesn't have a right handed shot in the organization that is or will be an NHL player.

Didn't they just trade for some Dane?
The only HW the Canucks need
Re: The Canuck Acquisition Predictor
If the Bieksa deal has taught us anything, it's don't expect a certain team/trade to happen.
We all expected the Sharks to land Juice, and then it didn't happen.
So Hamhuis to Dallas albeit ideal, may or may not come to fruition, just saying don't get your hopes up, even though they have the assets and a need for Hamhuis and he wouldn't mind living there (new contract), all it takes is a wrench to foil the plans.

Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.
